  • Weekly 45–50 minute telehealth sessions via HIPAA-compliant Zoom or in-person office in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

  • Collaborative planning for short-term or ongoing therapy

Fees & Insurance

  • In-network: Aetna through Alma

  • Private-pay: $200 per session

  • Out-of-network: Superbill provided for potential reimbursement

  • Sliding scale based on need
