Online Therapy in Ohio
Virtual therapy across Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and all of Ohio.
Northeast Ohio Roots
I'm from Cleveland, Ohio. I grew up there, and I know something about what it means to be someone who works hard, holds it together, and doesn't always have easy access to the kind of support that actually helps.
I'm now based in Brooklyn, but I'm licensed to practice in Ohio — which means I can offer the same depth of care I provide to New Yorkers to people across the state, entirely via telehealth.
If you've been quietly struggling — with anxiety, burnout, old patterns, or things you've never quite had the space to work through — this is that space.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with adults who look like they have it together on the outside but are carrying more than anyone realizes. My Ohio clients often tell me they've wanted therapy for a long time but didn't know where to start, or tried it before and felt like something was still missing.
I work especially well with people who:
Identify as perfectionists, people-pleasers, or chronic over-functioners
Carry anxiety that lives in the body — tension, restlessness, never fully relaxing
Have experienced trauma, even if they don't always call it that
Are going through a major life transition and feel unmoored
Want to understand themselves more deeply, not just cope better
How Online Therapy Works
All sessions are held via HIPAA-compliant video — no commute, no waiting room. You can be anywhere in Ohio.
Sessions are 50 minutes and typically weekly, especially at the start. The work is relational, which means we build something real over time — not just a place to vent, but a place to actually shift things.
Modalities I use:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) — for trauma processing and stuck patterns
IFS (Internal Family Systems) — to understand the different parts of you that are in conflict
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) — to build psychological flexibility and move toward what matters
Somatic and attachment-based approaches — because healing isn't only cognitive
Fees & Insurance
I accept Aetna through Alma. For all other insurance plans, I'm considered out-of-network and can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement — many clients are surprised by how much their plan covers.
