As always…time for curiosity!

I work with Aetna through Alma, and I also see private-pay clients at $200 per session. If I’m out of network with your insurance, I can provide documentation to help you seek reimbursement, depending on your benefits. I’m happy to walk you through your options during a consultation, including discussing a sliding-scale.

Therapy with me is relational, collaborative, and paced to what you need. Some sessions may involve gently exploring patterns, emotions, or past experiences, while others might feel like a steady, grounding conversation that helps you make sense of what’s happening in the present. There’s no pressure to perform or “do therapy right”—we work together to create a space that feels safe, thoughtful, and supportive.

I currently only offer virtual sessions through HIPAA compliant Zoom video-conferencing.

Most clients start off weekly, and depending on their needs, schedule, and goals, may switch to bi-weekly. Frequency is something we decide together and can shift over time as things change or as you feel more supported.

Therapy appointment times are reserved specifically for you! I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Because the first few sessions are an important time for building consistency, safety, and momentum in therapy, late cancellations or missed appointments during the first four sessions are charged at a reduced fee ($75 for insurance clients and $100 for private-pay clients). After four completed sessions, late cancellations or no-shows are charged a $125 fee for insurance clients or the full private-pay fee. Insurance does not reimburse for missed or late-canceled sessions, and repeated late cancellations may require revisiting scheduling needs to ensure therapy remains a good fit.

Yes. My work is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in creating a sense of safety and trust. We move at a pace that feels manageable, paying attention to how experiences show up emotionally and physically, and prioritizing stabilization and support alongside insight.

Getting started is easy! You can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation through my contact me page, where we’ll briefly talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re looking for, and any logistical questions you have.
From there, if it feels like a good fit, we’ll discuss next steps and scheduling. There’s no pressure to commit—this is just a chance to see if working together feels right.
